Room Leader - Ark Start St Clement

About The Role
As a Room Leader at Ark Start St Clement, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional early years experience where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn every day. Leading your allocated room, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing and simulating environment in our established setting in Holland Park. As part of your key responsibilities you will be tasked with leading practice within your allocated room, working closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care, learning and safeguarding. You and the team at St Clements will be working towards supporting each child's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.

We are looking for a dedicated early years professional who brings creativity, energy and enthusiasm to their work and is committed to delivering exceptional experience for children and families as we serve the community in and around St Clements.

Ark Start is at an exciting time in its evolution. We opened two nurseries in South London last year and aim to expand our reach over the coming years. As we expand, we are looking for Early Childhood Educator to join our founding team. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for young children and with the skill, creativity, commitment, and energy to deliver excellent provision at Ark Start.
