    Our ideal candidate will be:

    • A creative and digitally skilled communicator with experience in marketing, digital media, social content creation or design.
    • Confident using social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, to create engaging and inclusive content.
    • Skilled in producing high-quality digital and print materials, including posters, newsletters, graphics, brochures and promotional campaigns.
    • Experienced in maintaining websites, ideally with an understanding of content management systems and accessibility standards.
    • Able to capture and edit photography and video content to a professional standard.
    • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • An excellent communicator who can work collaboratively and build strong relationships with staff, students, families and external partners.
    • Committed to safeguarding, inclusivity and ensuring all communications positively represent our diverse school community.
    • Aligned with Ark’s mission and values, believing in the potential of every student.
  • Benefits

    • Salaries 2.5% higher than main pay scale.
    • 10 inset days (of which at least one is dedicated to staff wellbeing)
    • A behaviour policy that ensures disruption-free learning
    • Development opportunities for future leaders

    • Gym discounts – offering up to 40%.
    • Access to Employee Assistance Programme – providing free, confidential counselling, legal advice and a range of different support.
